The number of new Tesla vehicles registered in California fell once again as the company continued to lose ground in the largest U.S. market for electric vehicles. 

ConocoPhillips is in advanced talks to sell some of its Oklahoma assets to closely held Flywheel Energy for around $1.3 billion, people familiar with the matter said.
