A day after announcing it would close an air freight hub in Ohio, UPS Inc. said Friday it would integrate the heavy freight handled by that facility into an $82.5 million expansion of its Louisville, Ky., air cargo operations.

Orders for durable goods in the United States fell 0.9% in January on reduced aircraft and automobiles, the first decline in three months, the Commerce Department reported Thursday.
