Cooper Tire and Rubber Co. said Monday it posted a second-quarter loss of $22 million, or 38 cents a share, compared with earning $17.6 million, or 28 cents, a year ago.

Iteris Inc. and Delphi Corp. said Monday that Iteris has been named the exclusive distributor of Delphi’s forward collision warning system for the North American commercial vehicle market.

Ryder System Wednesday reported a second-quarter profit of $62.9 million, or $1.10 per share, compared with $65.1 million, or $1.07 per share, a year ago.
