Trucking companies waste $9,700 per driver per year

Trucking company owners waste an average of $9,700 per driver per year on poor processes and tools, according to BeyondTrucks Insights. The report suggests that process re-engineering and automation can help to address these costs, which can be up to twice the net margin for carriers. The report also looks at the impact of poor processes and tools on driver turnover and customer losses, and the differences in the root causes of process costs based on company size.
