Walmart Transportation’s Jim Stinemates is a five-time Iowa Truck Driving Grand Champion. After having surgery earlier this year, he’s sitting out the 2019 competition, which is being held June 13-14 at the Prairie Meadows Casino, Racetrack & Hotel in Altoona.

YORK, Pa. — Bryan Krol got his start in trucking by working in a warehouse. As a young man, Krol worked alongside his father-in-law in Kent, Wash. “This is a job, don’t make it a career,” Krol’s father-in-law told him.
