The U.S. EPA said last week that diesel engine manufacturers who want to use selective catalytic reduction to meet EPAs 2010 emission rules must supply the urea SCR requires and prove it will be available to truck drivers using those engines.

American Trucking Associations advanced seasonally adjusted truck tonnage index for February fell 1.7% from the same month a year ago, marking the eighth straight year-to-year decline, ATA said late Monday.
