TMW Acquires Software Firm
Trucking software firm TMW Systems said Thursday it acquired TMT Software, which makes fleet maintenance applications, for an undisclosed sum.
David Wangler, president of software maker TMW told Transport Topics the acquisition of TMT was a great opportunity for us to expand our reach within the trucking industry.
The acquisition of Durham, N.C.-based TMT, will push TMWs annual revenue to $56 million, Wangler said.
Rick Rosenberg, TMTs president, will become general manager of TMWs fleet maintenance software.
