Volvo AB’s North American truck deliveries rose 65% in February from a year ago, the company said Wednesday.
Deliveries rose to 2,827 trucks, from 1,713 a year earlier, Sweden-based Volvo AB said in a statement.
Volvo AB is the parent company of Volvo Trucks North America and Mack Trucks. Worldwide, it includes Renault Trucks, UD Trucks and Eicher.
Global deliveries improved 49% to 17,862 trucks for the month. More than 13,000 of those were heavy-duty units, which jumped by 72%, Volvo said.
