Volvo Reaches Tentative Agreement With UAW on Va. Plant

olvo Trucks North America said late Thursday that the company and the United Auto Workers had reached a tentative agreement on terms of new three-year agreements that would cover the 2,800 UAW members who work at the company's truck manufacturing plant in Dublin, Va.
Volvo said it was withholding further comment pending ratification by local bargaining units. The UAW is scheduled a vote, the company said.The proposed agreements cover members of UAW Local 2069 at the plant, Volvo said.
