railer Bridge Inc., a provider of integrated trucking, intermodal and marine freight services, reported fourth-quarter net income of $1.3 million or 11 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $1.9 million or 19 cents a year earlier.

Fourth-quarter operating revenue rose 26% to $27.8 million, the company said, and its operating income rose to $3.9 million from a loss of $700,000 a year earlier.

n the quarter the company began to experience benefits from recent acquisitions, John McCown, Trailer Bridge’s chairman and chief executive officer, said in a statement.

For the full year, Trailer Bridge earned $2.4 million or 19 cents a share, compared with a loss of $7.3 million or 74 cents a year earlier.
