Hobbs Group Starts Insurance Division for Large Truckers
The move by Hobbs does not represent a change in the market for truck insurance, according to Shetzer, who was senior vice president at Aon Risk Services in Chicago, another large insurance brokerage firm.
We’re probably not going to see a lot more players come into the market to try to sell this stuff,” Shetzer said of the current truck insurance market. “Right now the market is very tight and I predict that it will continue to be tight for two or three more quarters.”
