The American Petroleum Institute filed a lawsuit against the Environmental Protection Agency that could prevent the government from implementing its ultra-low-sulfur diesel fuel emission rule.The trade association for oil producers said EPA’s procedures in writing regulations for greatly reduced sulfur content in 2006 diesel fuel were improper because they did not permit public comment on key aspects.For the full story, see the March 26 print edition of Transport Topics. .
