UPS to Acquire Menlo Worldwide Forwarding

UPS Inc. and CNF Inc. announced Tuesday that UPS has agreed to acquire Menlo Worldwide Forwarding Inc., a subsidiary of CNF Inc., for $150 million in cash and the assumption of $110 million in debt.
