Truckload carrier Werner Enterprises said it will begin using TripPak Express, an online document-scanning system provided by Dallas-based information technology firm ACS for drivers’ daily paperwork.

The most common way of delivering data from truck telematics involves the system vendor storing, and probably massaging, the information, which the customer accesses through a secure Web site.
