Truck manufacturer Nikola Corp. has announced a leadership change that places a 20-year automotive industry veteran at its helm.

XPO Logistics Inc. announced that Mario Harik will succeed Brad Jacobs as CEO of XPO and join the board of directors following XPO’s planned spinoff of its tech-enabled brokerage platform.

U.S. Class 8 retail sales in June were the highest of the year and improved 12.7% compared with the previous June, Wards Intelligence reported.
