Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corp. said it has begun construction of a new 121,680-square-foot metals transload facility in Joliet, Illinois. The facility will be operated by Odyssey’s subsidiary CMI Logistics.

The Kansas Department of Transportation announced Aug. 8 that it will provide $4.5 million in funding for construction of the Garden City transload facility.
