President Donald Trump will sign an executive order July 31 imposing new tariff rates on trading partners that take effect Aug. 1, the White House said.

“July may be our peak season month as retailers and manufacturers bring orders in earlier than usual, then brace for trade uncertainty," said Port of Los Angeles' Gene Seroka.

The 50,000-square-foot processing center will be built at Tradepoint Atlantic in the port, and will be equipped to customize, inspect and prepare McLaren vehicles for distribution.
