YRC Chairman and CEO Zollars Signs Five-Year Extension
RC Worldwide, formerly Yellow Roadway Corp., said Thursday that Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Bill Zollars agreed to a new five-year contract with the company.
YRC did not disclose the terms of the agreement.
“I appreciate the confidence of the Board and I look forward to continue leading the company and having the opportunity to enhance shareholder value,” Zollars said in a statement.
The less-than-truckload carrier is No. 3 on the Transport Topics 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
