Wisconsin Group Elects Skinner As Chairwoman
img src="/sites/default/files/images/articles/printeditiontag_new.gif" width=120 align=right>The Wisconsin Motor Carriers Association has elected Evelyn Skinner chairwoman.
Skinner, the president of Skinner Transfer in Reedsburg, Wis., was elected Nov. 14 at the group's annual meeting in Madison.
"She's the first women chair we’ve had in our 62-year history, so that’s pretty significant," said WMCA President Thomas A. Howells.

li> Second Vice Chairman Tom Vandenberg, general counsel of Schneider National in Green Bay, Wis.
li> Secretary Pauline Jaske, president of Fairway Transit in Pewaukee, Wis.
li> Treasurer Greg Klimek, president of Klemm Tank Lines in Green Bay.
The association presented the Frank W. Babbitt Award to James Stowell, president of Stowell Trucking in Burlington, Wis. It is given to an individual giving outstanding service to the association, the industry and the community.
