niversal Truckload Services late Monday said it had promoted Mark Limback president of unit Universal Am-Can Ltd.

Limback replaces Don Cochran, president and chief executive officer of Universal Truckload Services, who will focus on management of Universal Truckload Services, the company said.

Limback began his career with Universal Am-Can in 1984; for the past three years he has served as the unit’s vice president.

He will be responsible for all operating and business development functions of Universal Am-Can, which provides dry van, flatbed and brokerage services to shippers throughout the United States and Canada.

Universal Truckload Services is ranked No. 64 on the Transport Topics 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
