SAN DIEGO — Mobile app developer Trucker Path and payment processing company Wex have partnered to offer fuel discounts to the more than 1 million truck drivers using the Trucker Path trip planning and navigation app.

Through this integration, the fuel savings available on the free 10-4 by Wex app will be available to Trucker Path users, the companies announced at an Oct. 27 press conference at the American Trucking Associations 2025 Management Conference & Exhibition.

“All the deals on 10-4 by Wex are going to be available on the Trucker Path app for our users to take advantage of,” said Chris Oliver, chief marketing officer at Trucker Path. “The 10-4 network has grown a lot. It’s very dense and it’ll serve our user base really well.”

The fuel discounts available through the partnership include savings at about 2,600 fueling locations nationwide, including 7FLEET Diesel Network (Speedway, Stripes and 7-Eleven), Circle K, Love’s Travel Stops, Maverik, Sapp Bros., TA, Petro Stopping Centers and TA Express, RaceTrac and Road Ranger.

Drivers using the 10-4 by Wex app are saving an average of $313 a month in fuel costs, the companies said.

“It is a significant savings to the single owner-operator and the small fleets,” said Noel Glasgow, Americas vice president of sales at Wex OTR.

Several weeks earlier, the companies announced a collaboration to provide Wex over-the-road EFS customers with access to the Trucker Path for Fleets truck-safe navigation app. Drivers can use the navigation app to avoid hazards, plan efficient routes and access information on parking, weather and road conditions.

“We kind of see this as a match made in heaven,” Oliver said. “Trucker Path brings the drivers to the table and Wex brings the fleets together. Our navigation is moving into the fleet space and their fuel opportunities are moving into the driver space. It comes together very nicely.”
