rucking technology company TMW Systems said Monday it was introducing a new Web-based system for truck drivers it said would help carriers boost driver retention.

The system, called DriverSeat, is designed to give company drivers and owner-operators a better connection to their work and personal lives, the company said.

arriers are able to set options in the system to include activities such as the ability to view past and pending pay information, view and request pending loads, requests for time off and access to company news and training videos, TMW said.

Feedback on the system was positive when it was previewed at TMW’s annual user group meeting last fall, the company said. It said the product was scheduled to be released in May.
