ill Webb, current president of the Texas Motor Transportation Association, announced Tuesday he was leaving his post as president to serve as senior vice president for marketing operations and stakeholder value for Frozen Food Express Industries.
Webb had been with FFEX for five years as director of resource development. In that position he was involved in the management of all driver recruiting and retention functions, all advertising, public, media and governmental relations and the company’s quality control process, FFEX said in a press release.
