NEW ORLEANS — Several transportation technology providers announced partnerships with Trimble to streamline trucking industry workflows ranging from freight payments to estimated arrival times and managing vehicle repair orders.

Triumph, Motorcity Systems and Corcentric outlined those technology integrations during a Nov. 17 media day event at Trimble’s Insight 2025 tech conference.

Triumph

Financial and technology company Triumph is connecting its carrier payment network with Trimble’s newly launched Freight Audit product, which streamlines the freight auditing process by automating manual tasks associated with ensuring compliance with contracts and payment terms.

By pairing Trimble’s freight auditing capabilities with optional carrier payment services from Triumph, North American shippers and logistics companies can manage the complete audit and payment cycle through a unified, end-to-end platform.

“We’re delivering a seamless process for procure to pay,” said Jodie Orr, manager of customer success for Triumph’s payments business. “It means no more fragmented systems and no more manual handoffs between operations and accounts payable.”

She said the collaboration enhances payment accuracy and speed, increases visibility into freight spend and payment status and increases operational efficiency.

“From a financial operations standpoint, we’re delivering a solution that simplifies the complex and empowers shippers to transact confidently,” Orr said.

Triumph processes more than $100 billion in annual payments and pays more than 280,000 carriers in its network.

Trucking software and integration provider Motorcity Systems announced that it is embedding Trimble’s CoPilot navigation system into its Roller mobile app for drivers.

Motorcity’s Roller app is designed to provide drivers with all the information and capabilities they need through a single application, including messaging, document scanning and workflows.

The addition of CoPilot enhances navigation and visibility, said Motorcity CEO Kenneth Van Heel. “It really improves the driver experience.”

In particular, the CoPilot integration enables a more accurate estimated time of arrival that accounts for variables such as weather and traffic conditions and driver breaks, he said.

Motorcity will use its Relay communications platform to connect the driver app to the back office to share information such as the updated ETAs.

The company also recently launched Motorcity Network, a framework for its customers and their third-party partners to connect and share data in a secured and controlled environment.

Corcentric

Corcentric, a provider of data-driven truck fleet management services, announced an integration with Trimble’s TMT Fleet Maintenance software to provide an automated billing process for vehicle repair orders.

This integrated process captures information from repair orders and invoices and channels it through the Corcentric program directly into TMT. The connection auto-populates details such as VMRS codes, parts and labor costs, descriptions and comments.

“This eliminates the hands-on data entry,” said Frank Bussone, vice president of technology and data analytics for Corcentric Fleet Solutions. “It’s a seamless pull-through process.”
