Fast Track’s selected lanes offer expedited transit and consistent performance, supported by priority rail placement and dedicated planning. Schneider said the program allows customers to convert over-the-road freight to intermodal without sacrificing speed or service quality.

“Reliability is a cornerstone of our operations,” said Jim Filter, executive vice president and group president of transportation and logistics. “Fast Track gives shippers peace of mind with unmatched speed and consistency, supported by our professional drivers and robust nationwide network of company-owned assets.”

The company said Fast Track has already been proven in moving automotive freight from Mexico to Kansas City and Chicago, and it is expanding to additional lanes as demand grows for expedited and consistent shipping.

Schneider also reported a 99.99% theft-free record for freight in the U.S. and Mexico in 2024.

“Fast Track is engineered for precision,” said Michael Baumgardt, senior vice president and general manager of intermodal. “We designed this solution to meet the demands of shippers who can’t afford delays.”
