SAN ANTONIO — A Research and Special Programs Administration decision to continue hazmat registration fees at the same level in fiscal year 2003 came under fire during last week’s semi-annual meeting of American Trucking Associations’ Safety and Loss Prevention Management Council.Earlier this month, RSPA said it was delaying a final decision on whether to temporarily reduce registration fees until the Bush administration and Congress agree on the fiscal 2003 Department of Transportation appropriations bill.
