Rising Demand Buoys Hope for Higher Rates

"We made money," Arensdorf said from his office in Medicine Lodge, Kan.
After watching virtually all the equity in his 40-truck fleet evaporate during the past two years as equipment values plunged and profits disappeared, Arensdorf said he’s ready for a fresh start.
