The deal brings together two family-owned companies with complementary roles in the bulk transport sector. Page Trucking, headquartered in Weedsport, N.Y., operates nationwide in specialized bulk hauling, while South Deerfield, Mass.-based Goulet Trucking is a major carrier of hazardous and nonhazardous waste across the Northeast.

As part of the agreement, the Titus and Goulet families will create a new entity, Page G.T.C. Both companies plan to retain their personnel, and senior leaders from each will form a combined management team. Page Trucking will continue operating from its Weedsport headquarters.

The companies expect operational efficiencies from shared equipment and expanded access to overweight-permitted assets. Executives said the combined network will strengthen capacity in key markets and improve support for customers with specialized transport needs.

Goulet Trucking co-owner Paul Jordan said the partnership accelerates the company’s ability to expand and improve its fleet. “This partnership gives us immediate access to additional equipment and driver capacity, expands our reach across North America, and elevates our expertise in the design and utilization of cutting-edge bulk transportation equipment,” Jordan said.

The merged operations are expected to field more than 500 trucks and about 1,500 pieces of equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026.
