xisting home sales rose 0.6% in November, the National Association of Realtors said Thursday.
The level rose to a 6.28 million annual rate following a 0.5% gain in October, NAR said.
Purchases gained 6% in the Northeast and 0.8% in the West, while they fell 1.6% in the South. Midwest sales were unchanged.
xisting home sales account for 85% of the residential real estate market in the United States. When a home is sold, trucks are usually used to transport household appliances and furniture.
