M&K Truck Centers Acquires Legacy Truck Center

M&K Truck Centers announced it acquired nine truck dealerships, an eCommerce parts sales operation and a fire-and-rescue products company 鈥� all previously owned by Legacy Truck Centers.
The acquisition was completed Dec. 31. Terms were not disclosed.
M&K will offer Mack, Volvo and Isuzu products and all support services out of the new Pennsylvania locations in Altoona, Bedford, Brookville, Erie, Harrisburg, Milesburg, New Stanton and Somerset, and from its Wheeling, W.Va., location.

This acquisition is a major milestone for M&K鈥檚 continued growth 鈥� expanding the company鈥檚 footprint to 29 locations in five states, the Byron Center, Mich.-based company reported.
M&K Truck Centers noted it retained nearly all of the Legacy Truck Centers鈥� employees including the previous owners, Matt Niebauer and John Niebauer.
