The orange screen readout is the VIP display terminal in Macks CH tractor with upgraded interior.
Visitors coming to the exhibit were directed to a special trailer marking Macks yearlong centennial celebration and to the newly designed interior changes in Macks CH tractor. Executive Vice President Paul Vikner, said the packages have been developed for both day cab and sleeper models.
Vikner said the interiors feature the latest in electronic wizardry offered by Mack, such as the Vehicle Information Profiler, which lets operators know how the engine is running, allowing them to monitor fuel efficiency and other trip data.
The VIP display works with the V-MAC III electronic vehicle management and control system and a standard DataMax onboard data logger and trip recorder.
