“If you buy a baseball card off of eBay, you know how to ship it. But what if you buy a motorcycle?” asked Bob Davidson, a vice president of ABF Freight System () in Fort Smith, Ark. He said his company offers a service called TurnKey, which does more than just drop a large crate on a customer’s sidewalk.
