| Staff ReporterAmerican Trucking Associations’ executive board voted to shut down the council in February as part of its effort to cut costs and restructure the trade organization – a process that started in August 1998. ITLC had been responsible for technology as it relates to business and operational functions, said Rich Curtis, director of the organization.
