Idaho Ton-Mile Tax Trial Nears End
Jeff Johnson
| Staff ReporterThe lawsuit, filed by the Idaho Motor Transport Association and American Trucking Associations, argues that tax breaks granted by the state to carriers of certain timber, agricultural and mineral products discriminate against the larger trucking community.
