Hub Group Reports Record 3Q Earnings
hird-party logistics provider Hub Group reported record third-quarter net earnings Thursday, posting a profit of $9.6 million or 47 cents a share, up 23% from $3.6 million or 17 cents last year.
Adjusted 2004 figures included early debt extinguishment costs, the company said. Revenue rose 10.3% to $399.4 million.
Intermodal revenue rose 9% to $283.5 million, truckload brokerage revenue rose 21.7% to $68.3 million and logistics revenue climbed 4.8% to $35.7 million.
