House Republicans Delay Vote on Highway Bill
House Republican leaders Monday delayed voting on a three-month extension of federal highway programs, Bloomberg reported.
House Democrats said they wanted the House to take up the longer, earlier this month, Bloomberg reported.

The House will take up an extension in a vote later this week, a spokesman for Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-Ohio) told Bloomberg.
If the bill is brought to the floor, a simple majority would be required for passage, Bloomberg reported.
