GXO Logistics has finished its search for a new CEO with the appointment of Patrick Kelleher, .

The Greenwich, Conn.-based contract logistics provider highlighted his more than three decades of experience while calling him a seasoned supply chain leader. He has worked across numerous verticals and led strategic initiatives across the supply chain. His career has included senior executive roles at DHL Supply Chain. He will assume his new leadership role Aug. 19.

“Patrick is a world-class operator with the relevant experience to lead GXO through its next phase of growth,” GXO Board Chairman Brad Jacobs said. “His proven track record and deep expertise in engineered solutions, automation and cutting-edge contract logistics make him uniquely qualified to drive value for our customers and shareholders. We’re thrilled to welcome him as our new CEO.”

Malcolm Wilson announced his retirement from the CEO role in December 2024 after serving in the position since the company launched in August 2021. He has since continued to lead it during the executive search process for his successor.
