Express-1 Expedited Solutions said Chief Financial Officer David Yoder has resigned, the St. Joseph, Mich., company said.
In an April 2 company statement, Yoder said he would “pursue an opportunity in the private transportation sector.” Express-1 CEO Michael Welch was cordial to Yoder in his remarks and said the company would “move forward immediately with a search to find Dave’s replacement.”
Through its operating companies, Express-1 is a non-asset-based provider of expedited transportation and freight forwarding services.
