Express-1 Expedited Solutions said that it has acquired LRG International, an international freight forwarder specializing in ocean and air freight.
LRG will be integrated into Express-1's Concert Group Logistics operations, Express-1 said in a statement Monday. CGL will also be more able to enter into additional markets not covered by either company, Express-1 said.
With the LRG acqusition, Express-1 will be able to expand its reach into Europe, Asia and other international markets, Express-1 said.
