Expeditors International of Washington’s Income Grows
ogistics firm Expeditors International of Washington Tuesday reported it earned $80.5 million or 72 cents a share in the fourth quarter, compared with $43.6 million or 39 cents in the previous fourth quarter.
et revenue rose 23% to $296.3 million, total revenue rose to $1.1 billion from $935 million and operating income rose to $92.8 million from $66.6 million.
For the year, the company earned $218.6 million or $1.96 a share, from $156.1 million or $1.41. Total revenue rose to $3.9 billion from $3.3 billion.
