Echo Global Logistics said its fourth-quarter profit climbed 68.5% to $3.5 million, or 16 cents per share, from $2.1 million, or 9 cents, a year ago.
Revenue rose 43.1% to $163 million, from $114 million the previous year, the Chicago-based third-party logistics company said.
For full 2011, net income jumped 118.4% to $11.9 million, or 53 cents a share, from $5.4 million, or 24 cents, in 2010.
Revenue increased 41.4% to $603 million, from $426 million the previous year.
