Bush to Nominate Former UPS Exec as SBA Deputy Administrator
resident Bush will nominate former UPS executive Jovita Carranza to the post of Deputy Administrator of the Small Business Association, SBA said Friday.
Carranza most recently worked as UPS’ vice president of air operations, SBA said in a statement. She spent 30 years with the company.UPS is ranked No. 1 on the Transport Topics 100 list of the largest for-hire carriers in the United States and Canada.
