AscendTMS has partnered with Highway to bring carrier identity verification and fraud protection to small and medium-sized businesses using its transportation management system.
Through this partnership, freight brokers gain access to Highway’s Carrier Identity Engine, load protection and real-time monitoring directly in AscendTMS at exclusive pricing, the companies said in the joint announcement.
Tim Higham, president of AscendTMS, credited Highway with building “bulletproof identity and fraud prevention that runs quietly in the background.”

Highway’s platform is designed to help brokers efficiently find the right carriers to move loads while mitigating fraud.
