Transportation software maker Arsenault announced that Jack Boetefuer is the company’s new CEO.
The firm also announced the retirement of long-time CEO Charles Arsenault.
Arsenault Associates said the move represents a completion of a long-term succession for the maker of Dossier, a fleet asset maintenance management software product.
Boetefuer joined Arsenault in 2004 as vice president of sales and business development and took over day-to-day operations in 2006 when he was promoted to president.
