ransportation and procurement services company Ameriquest Transportation and Logistics Resources Corp. and NationaLease Purchasing Corp. said late Wednesday they completed their merger.

NationaLease Purchasing Corp. is the purchasing division of truck leasing network NationaLease. It leverages purchasing volume in excess of $300 million annually.

The agreement will create a combined leasing organization that will operate under the NationaLease name and represent more than 150,000 trucks and 700 locations, the companies said.
