Ala. Seeks Trucking's Help During Drought

| Staff ReporterThe 10-month-old dry spell has forced Gov. Don Siegelman to declare a state of emergency in 19 southern counties.
Siegelman along with Agriculture and Industries Commissioner Charles Bishop called upon neighboring farmers to donate hay. They also sent out a call to truckers to help get the hay to parched Alabama ranchers.
